The scaffold was erected to the rear elevation of Bromley Colonades. For this project, we erected an independent scaffold to the rear elevation of the Palace at a low level to give access for replacing the window panels. In total, the scaffold was 45 metres lineal X 5 metres high. The scaffold had 1 no: boarded platform and incorporated ladder access. The structure was tied to the wall using angled Raker tubes that were stabilised at ground level. We also installed a 3rd handrail at 2 metres to fix debris netting to the top boarded platform. Internally, we also erected a small mobile tower 2 metres square x 3 metres high to enable access to the underside of the glass. This project was erected in compliance with TG20.13.
